Coaching
One-on-one attention is often a must. To help your executives become global leaders, Szepko International provides intercultural executive coaching. We offer individual coaching ranging from a single day to six-month programs.
We start by getting to know the executive(s) we have been asked to coach, often using a questionnaire to help them articulate their needs, the challenges they face, and what they would like to learn. We also make use of the latest self-assessment tools to identify areas for additional growth and development. Then we create a coaching plan exclusively for them – with stated objectives and target dates.
Among the topics we might include are:
- Key concepts and frameworks for conducting international business
- Establishing proper credibility
- How to influence and persuade across cultures
- Effective presentations, confirming understanding
- Communications – effective and ineffective strategies
- Proper protocol and etiquette in business and after-hours socializing
- Proper use of newly acquired language phrases/greetings
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships
